Free 3 Months Warranty
We fully stand behind the products we offer. Therefore, all of the products offered by THE JEWELZ are covered by a 3 months warranty.
- THE JEWELZ will gladly resize a ring that is too small or too large, FREE of charge.
- A full Eternity Ring cannot be re-sized because the stones are set all the way around the band. However, we offer a 15 Day Return Policy, so if you purchased an incorrect size you can simply send it back for an exchange or a refund.
- Return shipping to be borne by consumer
We will gladly replace missing stones; however, the cost to replace the missing stone/stones has to be borne by the consumer.
Warranty covers manufacturer's defects, but excludes: lost stones; lost or stolen parts; damages due to personal misuse or negligence; general wear and tear such as scratches, and dents; fading or chipping (which depends almost entirely on how the product is handled by the user); damages caused by misuse; tampering with the product; failure to follow the care and special handling provisions in the instructions (if included); and water damage. Repair performed by someone other than THE JEWELZ will void this warranty policy. Shipping charges are not included and have to be borne by the consumer.
